i stayed in the happy baby studio. it was self-contained with a stroller and high chair provided. this complimentary service from the resort was quite convenient. the room size was great for our family.. we ate at the resort restaurants and found the food of good quality and reasonably priced.

the pool wasn't always clean. also, i found the kids club quite disappointing. i had hoped for more engaging activities for my children. it would enhance the overall experience.

the resort has many pools with slides. kids enjoyed the kids football match every afternoon. a taxi ramp at the front of the resort offered convenience, and massage services were available.

the breakfast buffet included a great selection. it featured fresh fruits, pastries, and delectable thai dishes. complimentary meals were offered for children when adults ordered at the restaurant both at the resort.. and at fino's restaurant by the beach.

The hotel featured eight swimming pools including a pool bar. Jenny, Lilly, and Polly offered affordable massages right by the poolside! Staff members Joy and Bank were very friendly and provided excellent service at Fino restaurant. The room was always kept neat and clean by Nong, the cleaning staff member.

Hot water from the taps was TOO hot. I recommend caution if you have small kids. No hair conditioner was available so bring your own conditioner.

We had such a wonderful stay. The resort offered multiple pools. They certainly kept the kids entertained every day. Our room was spacious and very well-equipped. The location was perfect with easy access to cafes, bars, and restaurants.

The breakfast area felt a bit too much like a canteen. The noise made it hard to relax during the morning rush.
